Bathers Pavilion

Lotus
Despite the name, the menu at this hub of the cool and sophisticated is Eurocentric. Chef Lisa Rutherford heads up the kitchen and the food leans towards the modern bistro. A sliding, wall-length menu may boast Jerusalem artichoke soup or stuffed squid with chilli, delivered by staff who know just how to treat alady (and a gentleman).
